Got up at 5:15 to get Ty over to practice this morning. He has to be there by six, but I figured if I get him over in plenty of time, I have no excuses for not working out. Having a lovely peaceful day at home alone. There is finally a break in the temperature, the AC is off, the door is open, and I'm sitting out on the screen porch with laptop, cats, and coffee.
