My Day

Up at 9:00ish. Might sound like a good night's sleep, but the "seniors" (old cats) got us up about every 15 minutes all night. And as an added bonus (NOT) yesterday we hear about a study that indicates that not enough or interrupted sleep contributes to plaque deposits in the arteries. So not enough sleep, tired, cranky, AND at this rate I'm due for a heart attack and/or stroke by about Thursday. :-/

So now, instead of getting to my workout (which I need to do to fend off my stroke/heart attack until at least Friday or Saturday) I'm stalling by trying to make up something to write about and watching a rerun of Numb3rs.

I've got a meeting of the pride float committee at 2. I'll get the workout done before that and run a couple of errands. Later tonight I need to start working my plan to get rid of stuff so we can get to work setting up the gym (four years later .. . .). Should be fun! ::::::sigh::::::

My brother and his wife are talking about coming down for Cherry Blossoms and Mom will probably be here for Shauna's graduation. I'd like to have things "simplified" by the beginning of April. That means getting rid of stuff we don't need and organizing the stuff we do need so we can actually use it. I got my drawer tower back from Ty when he cleaned his room (and the angels sing!!!! - about the room cleaning thing), and I'm going to sort all of my craft stuff that I keep into it so it's handy and I can start playing with that stuff again.

Anyway, as you can tell, I don't have anything substantive to write about at the moment, so stalling time is over and I'm off to work out. Wii strength and yoga and then treadmill for a few miles while I read a book for work.
