Does anyone actually free the house-elves? I was sleepy when I read about the battle, but I can't remember anyone going to give them clothes. It would have been a good mission for Ginny, but she wasn't there when Ron brought it up.
I had this idea, that Ron and Hermione would go and do it, and they'd just start stripping and tossing their clothes to the elves, then fall, naked, into each other's arms.
Only, I don't see how there'd be time for that. And also, they're probably kind of broken about Fred. But maybe hot sex would be an affirmation of life.
