Whee! I've got the last "Firefly' DVD! I'll finish the series tonight or tomorrow night, and treat myself to the movie on Wednesday.
Somehow, my iPod knows when I'm at the gym, because it always plays "Girl I Wanna Make You Sweat" at least once during my 50-minute workout. O_o (Betty is psychic.)
I found Lymond fan fiction! GOOD Lymond fan fiction! Five Things Christian Stewart Never Saw. AU, naturally. Very poignant, though the last bit made me laugh. *sniffle* My poor, lovely Christian. "He was very nearly good enough for you, that one." *cries* Okay, enough. Anyway, this one is safe for all audiences, and mostly gen.
It's going to rain ALL WEEK. And then it's going to get nice and cold. Yay! I bought a new scarf and hat yesterday. Rather, I finally used the giftcard that I got for my birthday. There's not a whole lot that you can get for $40 at Banana Republic. I looked for nice, respectable Oxford shirts, but even the large ones didn't button across my chest. Wtf? I'm not actually a very big person. But I've got big boobs. :( So, I got this really cute scarf and hat. They're white with silver threads woven through. Not so great for a Minnesota winter, but nice for autumn.
Rewrote the beginning of my R/S fic for the fourth time last night. The boys get older with every rewrite. Now it's a "lie low at Lupin's" fic, and I think that's how it will stay. That's my favorite R/S setting, hands down. I also started writing a new Narnia ficlet. 200 words in, and Edmund is already feeling put upon. (You always hurt the ones you love.) Since my last Narnia ficlet was about sisters, this one is about brothers.
