belated stash bash photos
well fall is here for sure.
it's definitely much colder, and i am definitely getting sick. :(
at some point i need to go fall/winter clothes shopping. maybe when work isn't sucking every last breath from my body i'll have time to go.
i'm really excited about this job that i've been interviewing for. i think i pretty much have it in the bag, but they aren't really hiring until january!! BLAH. however, i know i want to work there. the position is being a tour consultant for a travel company. i basically would have to sell travel packages to teachers to take their students abroad by talking about my experiences overseas. the people there are sooo friendly and everyone seems to enjoy their jobs a lot. there's also a lot of potential for growth in the company, and moving up. deb, the woman i interviewed with was soo nice and mentioned i would be good as a REGIONAL MANAGER because of my psych background and my listening/advice giving abilities. i guess the regional managers work with au pairs coming over to our country as personal nannies and the potential families they will work for. sounds like a great job for me!! :D
so i figure it's probably worth it to hold out and wait for this job. they haven't really mentioned the salary yet which makes me think it's probably pretty decent for an entry level position. plus, this interview process is quite extensive. i hope everything works out.

+nicole coming to visit next weekend
+my uncle's wedding third week of october
+halloween weekend in nyc
