So I like don’t understand why this is taking so long. I feel like the first time went so much faster. Maybe my metabolism has slowed down because of last time but I’m not sure. I also haven’t had time to work out since I started because I’m so busy with school. I didn’t even go out on Saturday night because I have a paper due on Monday. I hate how it takes me so long. Hopefully after Monday I’ll be able to work out. As far as food goes, I’ve been doing really well. I haven’t given in to any binges which is really hard at times because every time I go downstairs to the kitchen I am surrounded by all of this high calorie food that I used to give in to. Every time I see something like that I say to myself, “you will be so much happier when you reach 109 than you will be after eating that” and it works every time. It’s not worth throwing it all away for a few minutes of indulgence. I’m kind of mad about one thing though… I need caffeine to help me study and I can’t drink straight coffee so today I got a tall, sugar-free hazelnut latte (skim milk) and put equal in it as well as cinnamon and nutmeg to make it taste better. I looked up the nutrition facts on line and found that it was like 140 calories. That is sooooooooo not worth it but I need something strong to help me stay awake. Anyone have any suggestions? It would help!!
