(no subject)
so, after staying home for almost the entire week, the last few days have been quite awesome. in the past few days i have hung out with; beth, andrew, kristen, timmy, caitlin, granger, bushey, eleanor, and brian; gone to ihop 2 times, gotten lost going to and from the witches brew, almost gotten 2 parking tickets, gotten 3 cups of overcaffinated coffee, seen 2 movies, eaten cheesecake, played "dirty minds", celebrated a 15th birthday, missed a concert where i would have gotten beaten up, watched 8 episodes of desperate housewives, taken 2 midterms..
so last night i decided to talk to bushey who i haven't seen in quite a while, and it worked out well. we ended up talking for like an hour or so catching up and whatnot on the phone, and todayi met up with him with kristen at northwinds. he taught me the love of northwinds coffee, heh.
so hooray, this is what i need to do; start seeking after other people. i'm through with waiting for people to come to me, this is my first step in making things happen for myself. i am going to start calling more people, i only have a few months left (scary thought), and i want to make the best of it. so that is one of my upcoming goals. another is to start reading more, and also decide what to do about my job. i'm considering quitting and getting another one. or maybe just quitting altogether.
i also started listening to the cd that josh burned for me 2 summers ago again. i forgot how good it was, and now i am downloading all of the bands' cds from it. i highly recommend the doves, the anniversary, the applesead cast, the format(of course), and the honorary title.
