work
i started at pygmalion's yesterday. it was the best training day ever. 8 hours of petting cats and looking at every single art supply they sell. its a good place.
and the other job...
i had an orientation on tuesday. just in case we didn't know he had more in his life than a gig orienting telemarketers, the guy who conducted it made a point of telling us he was actually an I.T. guy, but he was here doing back-up human resources. yeah. kind of sad isn't it?
anyway, i start next tuesday. its 7 bucks an hour pitching the Times. and i hear hard-copy readership is down so i'm getting ready now. push-ups, sit-ups, righteous rants against technology.
