So now apart from the pile of manga that is at scarlettraces's house, I have now entered all of my collection into librarything.
Out of 367 volumes there are 176 shojo and 64 shonen. This is not that surprising given my general reluctance to start down the endless DOOMSPIRAL that some titles represent but it could also be because I have finished off quite a few of my shojo series but only just begun the 30+vol Vagabond and Slam Dunk series.
And I just can't talk about my shameful Bleach addiction. It's out of control. I mean, we started watching the 180+episode of the anime because the manga wasn't being released fast enough for me. At episode 61 we are nearly up to the end of the 22 published books. The slowness of Viz's releases is a constant source of pain to me. I WANT TO GIVE YOU MONEY IN EXCHANGE FOR MY NARRATIVE DRUG OF CHOICE! WHY WON'T YOU LET ME? THERE ARE OTHER DEALERS ON THE INTERNET! [/rage of the monkey on my back]
Step two will be starting to go through the other books and making the next cull. Is it too soon for people to be interested? Should I wait a while?
