It's starting to feel like home. And I have a life again, though I must admit there are still boxes that remain unpacked. My office is a bit of a war zone, mostly because I've been trying to establish a writing routine and ignoring what needs to be unpacked and thrown away. But I'm getting there.
I've also landed a blogging gig. I'm writing about pop culture and science for Daily Galaxy (www.dailygalaxy.com). I'll be providing some lighthearted content to counterbalance all the heavy cosmology articles.
All that I need to do is to set up the stereo, which is usually the first thing I do. With all the shifting of furniture and trying various living room configuration (plus having wireless speakers in the sun room), I never got around to it. That'll be one of today's projects (and I can finally test the acoustics in this place).
