Hershey’s Chocolate Barbecue Sauce

In a 5 quart sauce pot:

• ¼ cup chopped garlic
• 2 cups diced onion
• ½ cup Olive oil

Cook over medium heat until onions are tender.

• 4 whole lemons, squeeze in juice only
• Zest of one lemon
