Today was the first day I've been able to get to the gym, they had messed up my membership since I've been away at school and whatnot... I realized how much of a pain the gym here is... A. it's expensive as hell (price I pay to lose weight)... and at school the gym is open 24-7, here it's from 7-9... 10 on a good day. I loved being able to go run at 3 am when there was a good foot of snow on the ground outside... thank goodness it's summer vacation. ANYWAY... I ran for 45 minutes and did the elipitical for 30.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to lose that horrifing fat around the top of my arms? Ugh... it drive me nuts and I've done weights, but any suggestions wouldn't help.
Tomorrow I'm going to get to the gym twice, once in the morning and again after work. I've been under the 'watchful' eye of my mother ever since I've been back. She even made my lunch for me to take to work. I tossed it as soon as I drove away and had an apple and a bottle of water instead. For dinner I've had a few small pieces of celery and water.
I'm losing days as I speak... June 9th is the do or die day... I have a long way to go!
