I think I finally found something that is going to work for me. Since no one cares what I eat all week, I'm just going to eat mostly veggies and some fruit, nothing else. Then on the weekends I'll eat a small amount of rice or something, a little yogurt and some meat or fish. Today is day 4 of all fruits and veggies and I feel great!!! I'm soooooooo excited. AND I don't really have to cook or anything bc it's better for me to eat them raw!!!
