Fast track

Today is the 6th. I have to see people on Nov 18th and then again the following week on the 24th. I must exercise and not eat any junk for the next 13 days. That's what I need, a jump start. I have no energy and I hate it. Why do I feel old all the time? I never sleep...that's probably why I feel so old all the time. Anyways, I think I'm going to go on a fruit and veggie fast for 2 weeks. Or maybe fruits and veggies and allow myself one serving of rice and one sweet potato per day. No, that won't work. I need to just start counting calories again or sticking to the plan...ugh, I hate my body.
