update
Riley was just taken off NPO because he requested water! yay! he's allowed clear liquids for the time being. His oxygen does drop a bit with the mask off (to like 94-93%), and he's still on continuous 5ml albuterol w/atrovent. later on we'll try putting him on every 2 hour nebulizer treatments and he will stay another night though if everything continues to improve he will be going home Friday :)
