toblerhaus did a status on facebook about these homemade granola bars, and then at mine (and another's) request posted the recipe. I can look it up here by tag so I'm pasting it here so I don't loose track of it :) thanks for posting it Amanda!
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Don't blame me if you become addicted. These are so delicious! I use sunflower butter, and only half the recommended amount of butter. I usually omit the coconut and use dried cherries. They're a bit crumbly, but are still divine. You can freeze them, too.

350°
1/2 C. packed brown sugar
½ C. natural (unsweetened) peanut butter, soy nut butter or tahini
½ cup corn syrup or brown rice syrup
½ C. melted butter
2 tsp vanilla
Combine above ingredients then add:
3 cups oats
½ cup coconut
½ raisins or dried cranberries or both (go crazy)
1/3 cup wheat germ
2 tbsp sesame seeds or flax seeds
½ cup chocolate chips

Press into a 11X15 pan and bake until edges start to brown (approx 15 minutes). If using a smaller pan, cook a little bit longer as they'll be thicker.
Let cool completely and cut into squares or bars
