OK day
last night... totally binged. Like one of my old binges, everything in sight... I think I ate a total of more that 2000 calories yesterday..... fucking hell.
Luckily though, after was done, my brother was downstairs with me. I drank 2 glasses of water and it started coming up. Max is like "whats wrong" and I am like "I have to barf, cover for me please and dont tell mom and dad" and he is like "ok". I do love him sometimes. But he knows he cant stop me and I respect him. I ran to the bathroom, and I purged, not kidding, 2 toilet bowls full. I am certain I got everything. Then my dad came downstairs and I asked what I was doing and if I was purging. Im like "of course I am" and he went upstairs. Neither of my parents really know what to say anymore. Its best if they keep their mouths shut. I am a lost case.
I purged again today... I ate like 540 calories in cereal but I got it all out. It came out weird though.... I wont talk specifics.
I am fucking freezing. Better go though, running soon! Byebye
