I doubt it would change any minds. Black Hole is universally regarded as an enemy no matter who leads it.

Have you gone nuts?! I'm barely tolerated in Orange Star, and I have people watching my every move so the tiniest mistake I get here would be enough to revoke my under protection status! The minute you step foot 100 meters near Orange Star's borders, you'd be captured, shackled and bonded for the nearest prison with no parole for life! I don't want that to happen!

But if we could get him to come at a neutral zone...I don't know if he'd be willing to come alone, however. That requires a great deal of trust and I have no idea if he would if I asked him.

...unless I mention White Dwarf in the first place to him in that request....then maybe there might be a chance...
