It's forecast to be quite hot here tomorrow throughWednesday - so we'll be breaking out the fans, and making more ice cubes. I made Iced Tea Cubes tonite, and tomorrow morning I'll put out two jugs of sun tea. Boo & Edwin will go to the garden while I work, so they can get the weeding done early, before the sun bakes the soil - and them.

Darn it, I wanted to cook with those strawberries & rhubarb tonite - Well, since I'll be up till midnight, maybe I still can...or I'll look into microwave recipes that I could use tomorrow, when the heat is up.
