Tyler and I are at my parents' house. He is in the living room with my mom and brother watching a movie. It's so cute hearing Tyler laugh at the funny parts just as loud as they do. I am so glad he's comfortable with my family because they love him. In fact, I'm pretty sure they'd trade me for him if they could. Watching the four of them together makes me happy in a way I've never known before.
Bethany and I got drunk and started watching The Ring last night, but we creeped each other out talking about the semi-scary laundry room and the dead lady that lives upstairs. We got so freaked out we had to leave, so we walked downtown and wandered into the Eastside, where we ran into Tara and Luke. Nobody carded us. Then Jerod and his band played at Yes Yes so we got in for free and talked to a bunch of old friends. It was a fun night, except the walk back home was freezing.
Tomorrow I start school. The faculty of my class is the same woman who sponsored my internship. I just got my evaluation from her in the mail, which said that my report "was exceptionally well written, using advanced critical thinking and credible research." Fuck yes to ten more upper-division credits.
