Giggly at work. I managed to accidentally hook up to one of those irritating "You Might Be A (fill in the blank) If..." sites because of a conversation with Russ the other day...
Me: I want a pet.
Russ: No.
Me: Not even a hedgehog?
Russ: Oh my god, I had a dream that we had a pet hedgehog! We couldn't decide what to name it, until I finally came up with Tumbles. Wouldn't that be an awesome name for a hedgehog?
Me: Well, yes, but it's been used.
Russ: Huh?
Me: Rose Petal Place.
Russ: Where is that? What are you talking about?
Me: It's not a where, it's a what. You don't remember Rose Petal Place?
Russ: Nooooo...
Me: Rose Petal takes care of the little girl's garden by singing. And there were others, like Sunny and Daffodil and stuff. And there was a huge, fluffy purple cat, damn, what was its name? Anyway, and Tumbles the Hedgehog!
Russ: You're making things up.
Me: No I'm not! And Nastina was the evil spider always trying to ruin things.
So, of course, I was validated today by the lovely internet, which confirms that there was indeed a Rose Petal Place, with a Tumbly Hedgehog. And one of the Rose Petal sites led to me a link of fun 80's stuff, and then I found the aforementioned list and I thought I'd share. There were more, but these were the highlights.
