Another One Down
Cyber Monday...
I was a tad bit excited, about waking up today. I hurried to the living room...To my computer. I signed online, then went to go cyber-saving, on great deals.
But, I quickly came to find, there were NO good deals. The only things on "sale", are things that I do not need, or want. I was hopeful. I though that I would be able to find an ereader today, for a decent price. After all, in the past year, this little 'gadget' has been a big-seller.
But, nope! No sales, on them. They are the same price as always...a price that I simply cannot justify. (Believe me...I have tried to justify it, in every single way. It is just not possible.)
Cyber Monday, I learned (rather quickly, this morning), SUCKS, this year.
Feeling slightly let down (I had been anticipating online deals), I shut my computer, and moved on.
So, immediately after finishing my entry, yesterday, the nurse arrived at my house. She was a kind lady, who took time to explain everything about the pick-line. (Nobody had really fully explained much of anything, until yesterday.) She gently re-wrapped it, and immediate relief came. AHHH! Bye-bye., itchy old wrapping.
Yesterday, I got 4 of the 7 squares, for row two, finished. They were the black squares. I am happy to say they were a little bit easier to make, this time. After finishing these black squares, I went to start on the 3 white ones, I would need, to finish row two. But, before I could even begin working with the white yarn, I had to put it away. The individual who is getting this gift, came over. So, no more working, on the blanket.
So...What else.
Oh, yeah!
I am happy to say that I have finished all the gifts, for my sweetie. I now am going to work on my mom's gifts.
Well....
Shoot.
I hate it, when my mind shuts down. And, right now...my brain has decided to just go blank. So, rather than rambling on, and on, I will just end this entry.
