so tea is out of jail and meagen is gunna see him...he foster parents don't want her to see him or charlie and she doesn't understand why..I think there looking out for her cause of the fact that she does good on her own but once her bro comes in the pic he some how makes her not go to school and lose all responsibility and that is in my eyes bad so by her foster parents keeping her way is good in one sense but not another cause they should trust her she has made wrong choices but once she sees what she has to do with school and the responsibility she has for herself I think she understand why they don't want her to see them they are a bad influence but the are her brothers
