I agree with the gay thing. I really don't care what people do with their sex lives as long as they're not having sex with underaged kids or dead people. And if they want to get married, I have no objection to that either. But I do find the thought of two men having sex very disgusting. Yet the idea of two hot girls getting it on very awesome. That's probably just because I'm 19.
As for the war and whatnot, I had put a lot of thought into that myself. In a situation like WW2, had I been drafted, I'd be in that line to go off to war like a bullet. I probably would had volunteered had I not been drafted. I'm totally for defending America, but there's not much you can do against terrorists. It'll a world wide effort, securing our borders, and uber beefing up our intelligence/CIA/FBI to protect us against random attacks. You can't just send an army after a group of people, as evidenced by our troops being attacked daily in Iraq. Highly train Special Ops that get in, do the job, and get the fuck out would be the best option for hunting terrorists.
Bush obviously made costly mistakes, yet he got reelected due to the atmosphere of war that we're in. Some could argue that it's an atmosphere that he created with the invasion of Iraq. Others could say 9/11. Whatever the reason, we'll have to live with it for 4 more years. Dave Chappelle in 2008.
