So I'm home with NO FAMILY. My sister is camping for 4-5 days, my bro is in Toronto for 4 days, and my parents are on a cruise to the Dominican Republic for a week. What sucks is that I have to take care of 7 animals...my aunt's bird is also here, and he's spoiled as hell and very high maintenance. It wouldn't suck as bad if I work such long hours and I have to take care of all of them and try to find time to let them all out, clean all their cages, feed them, etc. Not fun after coming home filthy from an 11 hour day when all you wanna do is shower and relax and go to bed. But on the plus side, I can walk around the house with no pants on, talk to myself REALLY LOUD, even pee with the door open if I really felt he need LOL.
I got all the classes I wanted for this fall. I'm taking Intro to 2D Design, Art History 2, Visual Communications, and Design History. I'm somewhat looking forward to this semester. And what's cool is I took some classes at ECC that count towards my degree at Buff State, so at least I have those outta the way.
So on Monday I was PMSing and I was just really mopey and sensitive. Well the next day at work I was busy doing some prep work, and I saw Pants, Timmy, and Carolyn all whispering to eachother...but I didn't really think anything of it, until they look at me and Timmy says, "Hey Anna can you get the front, please?" So I take my gloves off and walk around the corner expecting to cash out a customer when I see a vase full of roses and a card on the front counter that were just delivered. The card read, "Just want you to feel special. Love, Pants" It was so sweet! It totally cured my PMS right away. And it was so considerate how he knew I was feeling a little down and set that up to make me feel better. It makes me wanna think of something special to do for him....hmmmmm.
