- Jogging in place
- Step
- Hula-hoop
- Rhythmic Boxing (eg. Wii Fit Boxing)
Note:
Mind was wandering while I "ran" today. This has always been a problem with me and regular exercise. I have a hard time focusing on the activity after it is no longer a novel experience. Clearing a chattering mind is HARD.
I'm getting better at Wii Step. I still misstep a bunch, but less than I did when I started. I'm getting more "Perfect" steps too. The secret to that is don't look at the stupid step queue. Instead watch the legs of your on-screen partners.
Tried a new unlocked exercise: Ryhthmic Boxing. It is basically a combination of Step and Boxing. I did so poorly the #$#@%&*! Wii accused me of not trying! Someone needs to teach the Japanese that mocking is not an effective way to motivate overweight people to exercise.
