News claims we are addicted
I have been compelled to write about a News story I saw advertised. I did not catch which network but Charles Gibson was the anchor I believe. We are not addicted to oil, or gas or driving so inefficiently that we are in jeopardy of killing our own home. We have been manipulated by those companies that profit so grotesquely that we should not be surprised. To be crystal clear I refer to those oil, automotive, and insurance compaines. We should alter the structure they have built so poorly. I question the intelligence of the writers of this story if they are unsure about the contrasts between addicted and manipulated. I will offer my suggestions in the coming posts, but feel free to comment on your perspective.
