I'm not really sure if I understood the tennisball thingy, but ... such a nice car!

Errrm... me neither. Tennis balls over the fins I get. But I can't picture where the pantyhose come into the equation.

The balls fit over the fins but aren't quite snug to stay on. So using the pantyhose wraped around them you can tie the balls down.
