I rode my bike a lot today (probably about 10 miles or so). It was very nice to not use my car for once. I think I'm going to do this much much more often, since that will probably be my main transportation in college...
Today was fun. Did lots. Don't really feel like explaining everything but in a nutshell, we went to the beach.
So, I'm now force-feeding the song "Bridge Over Troubled Waters" so I can get really familiar for it and eventually make up a variation to it as a piano solo, since I'm not very good at singing.
Which brings me to another point. Why the hell are girls naturally so much better at singing than guys? I've decided that it's because men are forced to sing out of their range much more than girls are. Meaning, men have to sing ridiculously high to sing along to songs, while girls don't have to sing ridiculously low. A lot of popular songs (even ones sung by men) are more tailored for the average woman's range than a man's. So, in AP Music Theory this year, we did a lot of singing, and I sung the tenor part (which is for a man's voice). All three of the tenors, including me, had to sing falsetto, because it was out of our range. What I'm saying is that not a single boy in our class could naturally sing the tenor part. I don't even know if this makes sense. Good night.
Edit: Fuck, I didn't pick up my tux.
