It's a given thing, what a terrible thing to lose.

This week has really kind of sucked to be honest. Besides Wednesday with David Cook's cd premiering that night and ch-ch-chinatown inviting me to go to the AMA Red Carpet with her, this week really hasn't been all that great.

the LONG explanation of my weekend/life but I just need to rant )

seattle bbs, drunk times, usc football, epic fail, stupid shit, boys

before I say anything else, your current music is win. lol <3

I hate it when friendships fall apart and certain friends are left having to "choose" which friend they give their time to. It's happened to me with a good handful of my school friends as well. It sucks that so many people seem to maintain friendships based on convenience, instead of maintaining them out of a general desire to have meaningful relationships with people. I've learned that outside of your core few friends, you can't really count on the casual friends to be around for you. It sucks.

"Then he FUCKING BOLTS DOWN THE STREET and hides behind some random building and I can't find him."okay upon first read, that really made me laugh when I tried to picture it. But after actually evaluating the scenario, I decided that your friend Joe is an assinine drunk. lol. It's one thing to act like an idiot and mess with people when you're drunk, but to put himself in danger, and then likewise you by leaving you on alone in the middle of the night in a shitty area (on ( ... )

LOL. I absolutely love ELO and "Livin' Thing" is one of my favorite songs. <3

Yeah friendships are complicated, especially when they're made more on the fact that everyone lives close so therefore we should all be close. The only good thing about some of them failing this year is that I've gotten much closer to my core group which is definitely nice.

LOL don't feel bad for laughing at that because it's a very funny mental image and if I hadn't been so pissed and if I actually would have been able to find him, I think it would have been much funnier. He used to not be such a jerk when he was drunk but apparently (according to his friends) that's how he is now. Definitely not getting drunk by myself with him ever again. And of course he doesn't remember what happened last night but he did apologize so that's good.

I can't wait for Sunday! It's going to be such a good time. :) What are the dress code guidelines so I can figure out what I should wear?

Haha I was just thinking that. Most of this stuff I pretty much figured so it's all good. I just hoped I didn't have to go and buy something super fancy for the occasion or something.

But this makes me so excited! :D
