This is me not properly avoiding album spoilers.
So after listening to the clips of David Cook's songs and reading the lyrics to some of them I have come to one conclusion: this album will be EPIC. Seriously, I think "Light On" is the weakest song on that album and even I'll admit it's not that bad. I'm excited beyond belief for 11/18.
Oh and from all the singles I've heard so far, Fall Out Boy's Folie A Deux will be equally epic. I haven't been able to turn off "Headfirst Slide Into Cooperstown On A Bad Bet" or "What A Catch, Donnie" since they came out.
Basically, I've just been trying to avoid David Archuleta's album spoilers for fear that I will somehow be disappointed with it before it even comes out. One song that I was anxious to hear though was "To Be With You" because I was hoping it was the cover of the Mr. Big song. Unfortunately it was not, although his song is definitely not bad. But seriously Archie, you would sound amazing singing this song.
Oh and to be honest I used to think the lead singer of Mr. Big was a chick. LOL
