The sergeant? Yeah, but I kind of wish I hadn't. He just lacks the presence of command I expect from an authority figure, but hey, can't be picky. Are we the only two wearing armor?

Sergeant? Huh. I never got that impression when we talked. That really doesn't seem right at all.

The armor your guys came in is pretty distinct. Other people have showed up in armor, but not like the kind you guys have.

We're on an island most everyone calls Memento Eden. It's kind of impossible to say whether we're on Earth or not. I'd say probably not, though, because there are people here from a lot of different worlds.

It's good see that you're skeptical, at least. A lot of people immediately jump to the conclusion that they're in some sort of weird video game or whatever.

But no, I'm sorry to say that everything I've told you is true. It kind of sucks, really.
