I think many vegans let out a big sigh when spring comes and with it comes horribly un-vegan delicious cadbury eggs.

BUT THEN the most wonderful thing happened, I stumbled upon this recipe on lj. I have not made it yet, but I certainly intend to, and I just had to share it right away. Please let me know how it works for you and I will do the same.
