More knitting!!
1. Ear Warmer/Head band thing
This was my first time "winging it" on a pattern and also my first time knitting with two colors of yarn!
As you can see, I used the same black and silver yarns that I used for the wave stitch scarf, so I have a matching set!
2. Hood Scarf #2!
Ashleigh wanted a hood scarf like the red one I made myself (posted previously), and so I made her one as a birthday present. Before starting on the hood, I decided it needed some sparkle so bought a ball of the Lumina which is black with little tiny irridescent sequins. It was expensive ($20/skein!) but added so much character to the project
The sparkliness didn't photograph too well. Also, using the two yarns for the hood made the gauge a bit bigger so her hood scarf is actually a little bigger and thicker/warmer than mine. Basically, I wish i could keep it. I am very happy with how it turned out!
