It was late, Lindsey had been working pretty hard at the office and he felt like unwinding. With the Laughing Mynock out of business, he decided to check out a different Outworlder friendly bar. It was tempting to call Lilah and see what she was up to, but after he'd had to call things off the week before, he was treading carefully with her.
And so it was that he entered the bar alone, with no real aim other than to have a few stiff drinks and see where the evening went.
