[ If you happen to be around the lushly decorated civic governmental cluster the Senate building it nestled in, you might see a pale, dark haired woman in oddly formal dress bent over one of the scenic fish ponds (koi ponds? Are there koi in space?). She's kneeling at the edge of it, almost child-like, with one silk sleeve pulled up as her arm is stretched down into the pool's water, churning around. She is... grabbing at the fish. Meanwhile, she hums a quiet little nursery rhyme all to herself. ]
Pretty little goldfish... Never can talk... All it does is wiggle... When it tries to walk. AH!
[ OH, ALMOST GOT ONE. Oh, wait, too slippery. It got away. Boo. You may ask yourself, what in sam hill is she doing? She'd simply tell you - trying to catch a friend to send to a giant floating betta she knows so he won't be lonely. It doesn't quite occur to her the captive friend will not survive the mailing trip.
