Rating: PG, most likely.

Leia was troubled, and it showed. She'd never been the best at hiding her emotions; it was a family trait. She rarely felt she needed to. If her intentions were good and just, the strength of her emotions could help her achieve her purposes, and showing how strongly she felt would encourage others to believe in her. It was one reason she'd been so popular as a Senator.

Granted, that wasn't always the case. She preferred a straightforward approach whenever possible, appealing to the best in people and fighting the worst when she found it, but that wasn't always the most effective way to accomplish a goal. Sometimes it wasn't effective at all. She'd learned that years ago--on her first visit to Coruscant, in fact. There are many ways of making a difference...sometimes differences are made one at a time, and are so small they do not register with everyone, yet can have profound reverberations.

Leia felt she was in a place where any choices she made would have profound reverberations; worse, she didn't know what they might be, and badly wished her father were here to offer advice. He'd always been the best person to go to with difficult ethical or philosophical dilemmas.
