Notes: I default as prose, but action is totally fine! Also make sure you hit up the permissions post if Becky can 4th Wall your character. Just put what day and where you want to run into the fangirl in the subject line.
If there was a place Becky should not have been, she probably would find a way into it. However, after the first few days of exploring on her own, she had learned how to use her datapad to translate the Auberish into something she could understand on the door signs. At night, she was even trying to memorise the letters and words so that she could have a hands up on the written language that thankfully sounded like English.
She would say "Thank TAWG" - The Almighty Wedge God - but seeing that this was a time period where there was no evidence that Wedge Antilles even existed... probably better not to. Which did suck because Becky would so be all over Rogue Squadron.
So instead, she was out and about and exploring. She would talk to anyone who dared to start up a conversation with her, and a few people didn't run away screaming within five minutes. For all her crazy fandom moments, she did know how to blend, somewhat, into her surroundings. She even talked to a few people about getting a job - horror! - because she needed to be able to get some new clothes and food soon. She just didn't know what to really do.
There was also so many notes on her datapad to help her remember and understand things that she observed. She actually had found this beautiful garden area where she would sit and watch people. It was so fun and beautiful and real in her eyes, and she wanted to know everything about it.
And well, maybe if she showed she was smart enough and learning about the people, she could get that job working on Dean's ship. It couldn't hurt, right?
