Bumblebee was to the door of Hex's cabin almost before he'd ended his conversation with Scuzzy. That was the advantage of having an onboard comm - not having to rely on an external journal, he could literally chat on the go.

Reaching the door, he tried the handle, prepared to pull his pistol and shoot through the lock if he had to.

Optimus Prime was right behind him. He'd seen the post, but when the other comments said that she was unresponsive, the Autobot had decided to cut to the chase and head directly to her cabin.

He arrived seconds behind Bumblebee. "If it's locked, shoot it in," Prime commanded. It could be repaired later. Hex's system had crashed and she needed help.

The door was open. Hex did not make a habit of locking her quarters. She didn't own anything worth stealing, and the idea of personal privacy was largely a foreign one to her. As was the idea of personal space.

Scuzzy, hearing voices at the door, huddled next to the head of his mistress, beeping at her and hoping she would answer him. He did not really understand why she had fallen over. Hex did not need sleep, so seeing her laying supine was a new thing for him. He didn't like it.

He let out a loud beep to let whoever it was at the door talking about shooting know he was in here and to please not shoot him.

Argh, I didn't get the notif on this even though it's tracked - sorry for the late! flightofthe March 25 2011, 19:27:10 UTC
Bumblebee nodded at his commander's order. Not that he'd have hesitated, but he'd have felt bad, knowing Prime would feel it the next time he connected with the ship unless it was fixed sooner, even if he'd have barely noticed. It was the principle of the thing.

It was also a moot point.

Trying the handle first, the little mech was rewarded with the door swinging easily open. He darted inside, dropping to his knees at Hex's side even as he gave the little catbot a glance. "No, Scuzzy, no one's going to shoot you. You're fine." Knowing what little Cybertronian first-aid he did, however, wasn't as much help as he'd have liked to ascertain the Virus's state. He looked up over his shoulder at Prime. "Help me get her to the Med-bay?"

Probably after the above thread? son_of_time March 26 2011, 08:57:33 UTC
While he hadn't responded to her network post, Sam was definitely aware of what happened and he had kept an eye on the responses. It looked like Bee was handling things.

So it was much later when he headed for her room, he didn't know if she'd be there, but he could wait.

Hex was there, though anyone passing by may have not known it, as she was being uncharacteristically quiet. She hadn't even had a randomly chaotic burst of laughter all day.

Though anyone who'd bothered to peek in would have quickly discovered why. First, she was no longer a Virus. Second, she was sitting cross legged on the floor of her room, and did not appear to be moving at all.

The door was unlocked, saving him the trouble of having to pick it. Sam quietly slipped inside and raised an eyebrow at her Sprite form. The last time this happened, half the ship had to be destroyed first. This didn't bode well for things on the network. An unconscious Hex looked like even worse news.

Cautiously, he called out to her. "...Hex?"

Maybe next time. =p so_many_moods April 4 2011, 03:01:02 UTC
The Sprite opened her eyes, and blinked, still not quite used to the sensation. It usually took her a while, especially when she had been out of Sprite mode for a long period of time.

When she saw Sam, she smiled widely, a little too widely, and a light little laugh escaped her lips. Her arm came up in a little wave. "Hello, cheeky. Miss me?"
