Content: It's L's birthday, and Vash is also determined to help him relax. The only question is, how successful will he be?
Setting: The captain's cabin
Time: The Long Night, in the evening

It had been a rough time for everyone, that much was painfully obvious. The Winding Way was usually such a cheerful ship... so when recent events had left their pall over the crew, it had been noticeable. About the only thing that hadn't been so obvious was the mood Ryuzaki was in. Like usual, their captain had been very serious, but Vash had been keeping an eye on him. That's how he noticed that Ryuzaki hadn't been in a good mood at all, and that he even seemed a bit stressed out.
Well, Vash wasn't going to let him stay like that for long! He hadn't forgotten that it was Ryuzaki's birthday, either, and had a wrapped present tucked under his arm as he headed up the stairs to the captain's cabin. It was a useful gift, though he wasn't even sure if Ryuzaki would like it... at any rate, Vash was determined to cheer him up. It was both his job and his duty!
Once he got to the door, he knocked and called out, "Hey, Ryuzaki! I've got a special delivery~"
