Content: Joshua is somewhat interested in Sai's uber Ninja technique, and seeing as Sai is all for making new friends, is willing to play show and tell.
Setting: The Winding Way, up on deck.
Time: Not long after the Way reaches Jinkston, sometime in the afternoon.
Warnings: None that I can think of! I'll update should any crop up.
Even though he hadn't really realised it, Sai had gotten used to being able to take himself off wherever he felt, at any time. The trouble with living on an airship was that wandering was somewhat limited. Of course, the Way was far from being a small ship, and he really did enjoy being on board... He couldn't complain. He'd already seen many things he would never have had the chance of seeing in his old life.
He found that taking a leisurely walk up to the deck helped when he felt a little boxed in. He intended to stay there for a while, so had taken with him a sketch book and a stash of ink. He made as much time as he could around his duties to practice his drawing skills. All the more now that he hoped to put them to good use on the ship. He looked forward more to using them purely for artistic purposes, but... Should they have to fight, he would help.
After stepping outside, Sai made his way across the deck before taking a seat on the floor and placing his sketch book on his knees. As he pulled an ink brush from the pack attached to his right leg, he glanced upwards in the hope of some... inspiration. He had drawn plenty of animals lately, and as such was falling behind on his landscape work... Not that there was much hope of that while they were moving. Instead, focusing once more on the page on his knees and unscrewing a bottle of ink, he began to sketch the outlines of a rather detailed Lion.
