Warnings: Villainy is afoot! And probably badtouching because lol, Takasugi.
For once, Shinsuke Takasugi was apparently early. Odd, really - he would have preferred coming in at the last possible moment, without being too late. Things at the 4423, however, were rather noisy, and he had felt the need for some fresh air.
As such, the man had a table behind the store, out where the wind was nicest and where he could enjoy a good smoke. He had his back against a tree trunk, with one knee drawn up and an almost satisfied look on his face.
Now to wait for his companions.
