Gwendal was roaming the areas for now. The races were not going to start for awhile yet as people were still filtering into the towns. The great airships were settling in and numerous spectators were hitching rides or heading to the Badlands as he thought. So, for now, once the assignments had been set up, Gwendal had taken it upon himself to scout the area and make note of everything in sight.
He wanted to get to know the area should anything arise and doing it now before too many people arrived was best. He just hoped, despite the mass of people that were well on their way, that nothing went wrong.
