Characters: Vash and Milk Content: The newspaper's race fail is giving the resident pink bunny a headache. Setting: Vash's room Time: After this post Warnings: None
Vash had been waiting, so when he heard the knock, he set his journal aside and hopped off the bed. He opened the door, at first a little confused when he didn't see anyone... but then he looked down. Oh, there she was!
"Hey, Milk! Come in and have a seat." He stepped back, holding the door open for her. Vash's room was actually rather plain. There was a simple bed, a dresser with a radio and a gas lamp on top, and a small table with two chairs.
"Do you want a snack? I should have something good somewhere in here."
He shut the door before going over to his dresser, digging a small box out of one of the drawers. "Don't tell Ryuzaki, but I grab snacks out of his cabin every now and then." He opened the box and left it on the table for her, showing that it held a few various types of cookies, a handful of hard candy, and even a couple of wrapped chocolates.
Vash sat down in the opposite chair, resting his chin on his hand. "So you read today's Dear Lorena, too?"
