Wolfina hadn't actually been off the ship yet. Between fruitless research into the Doma incident and more frustrated searching through the major medical journals, she'd been taking care of routine things and just had never gotten around to it. Not that she minded overmuch; it was good enough to be able to do her job without fearing for her freedom.
Now, she was waiting for the new guy. That'd been a pleasant surprise. She remembered his name was Zack and that he didn't know his way around, so it stood to reason that he wasn't here yet; but she was looking forward to meeting him. She leaned forward and flipped two switches, bringing in a radio news channel to entertain her while she waited.
