Content: Katsu's taking Penelo out for a meal as a reward for doing all the laundry...in other words, date~

Time: Evening, around seven-ish.

Katsushiro arrived on deck a little earlier than the time he'd told Penelo - it was cold outside, and he didn't want to leave her waiting for him.
Although he'd booked them a table at a fairly nice restaurant, he hadn't changed his clothes - what he normally wore was about as smart as his wardrobe went. On the other hand, Penelo's mention over the journals of 'finding something to wear' now had him a little worried that he should have found something nicer.
He straightened his jacket a little self-consciously, looking up at the sky, where clouds were gathering rather ominously. He hoped it wasn't going to rain.
