Anise had noticed it docked in port for a while now, the famous Victoria II. A few times while running errands, like today, she took the longer way just so to pass the ship. It currently looked like it had seen better days, but it was still impressive.
"I bet it's full of people with lots of money and high ranking military officers." she said out loud to herself. It'd be absolutely perfect for her plans if she could find some way on it...
