Time: After a day or two of rising spider-bug action

Notes: Three nests, three threads, everyone have fun.
The Silvana is all but crawling with the little mechanical spiders now. They've long since snapped up everything metal and not bolted down, and that was enough to create these little spider robots. In some places they've been able to drag larger pieces of metal by teaming up and taking the parts back to nests, large and small, strewn throughout the ship.
In the engine room, one of the bulkheads creaked and then buckled as a large mechanical spider, almost eight feet tall, breaks out of the wall, flattening several smaller machines and falling on the leg of one of the engineers, his leg making a sickening crack.
Across the ship, in the kitchen a smaller, but no less damaging nest had formed and a beetle-shaped mechanical bug, five feet long and very broad, crashed out of one of the vents and into the kitchen, several more of the spiders followed it out.
Skittering and collecting in a closet near the infirmary, another metal bug was nearing completion, various spiders still collecting the needed parts.
All hell had just broken loose.
