One of my favorite websites, Consumerist.com, posted an article titled "22 Confessions of a Former Dell Manager" last week. Looks like it got the attention of Dell's in house counsel and they sent an email to the owner of the blog to remove the post. Congrats to the Consumerist for not backing down.
