I'm trying to clone some sims from one neighborhood in my game to a different neighborhood. I've already cloned the sims in question using SimPE, and I know that for uploading for others to use those sims, they have to be packaged in Bodyshop. But if I'm just moving them within my own game, do I have to go through Bodyshop? Or can I use their ( Read more... )

I've done this previously, but SimPE won't cooperate this time, so I'm stuck. If anyone has SimPE and is able to do this, can they help me out?

For some unknown reason, I cannot paste a copied data string into the value window. It was doing it all fine the other day, and nothing is changed. At least, not that I know of. Any ideas? I've googled, checked tags and memories here, and read through the simPe forums.

I broke my Uberhood, no idea how I had managed it but I wiped the main Pleasantview package (I haven't touched it and it's totally empty, no resources, about 4kb). I still have all the other files in the Neighbourhood folder intact - including lots and characters. My question is, is there any way to extract lots so I can install them in a fresh ( Read more... )

Edit: Nevermind! Restarted several times and now it's working.

I have the hack by SaraMK from MTS, but it only made some items placeable in lots. For example, I can place rocks in lots, but not the aqueduct that's been in-game since BG. Perhaps it just isn't working correctly for me--a few people have said that's the case in their comments on the ( Read more... )
